Frequent Buyer Programs

Unleashed, the Dog and Cat Store primarily uses Preferred Patron to administer frequent-buyer programs. We may use Square and, at times, Preferred Patron for customer relationship management and email or SMS communications.

Eligible programs and products

Frequent-buyer program availability, eligible brands and products, purchase thresholds, reward values, expiration rules, exclusions, and redemption procedures are determined by the applicable brand program and may change from time to time. Current eligible brands and products are listed in the Preferred Patron app.

Earning credit online

Online purchases processed through Square should earn eligible frequent-buyer credit automatically when the purchase is associated with the enrolled customer account.

If an eligible online purchase does not automatically earn or display program progress, email web@unleashedmutt.com with your order number and enrolled email address so we can review the transaction.

Redeeming rewards

Frequent-buyer rewards cannot be redeemed online. Rewards must be redeemed in accordance with the applicable brand program and Unleashed’s in-store redemption process.

Program terms

Enrollment requires accurate customer information and is subject to verification.
Rewards, points, stamps, coupons, and offers are promotional benefits, not cash, and have no cash value unless required by law.
Rewards, points, stamps, coupons, and offers may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
A purchase must be recorded under the enrolled customer account at the time of sale to receive credit, unless we can verify the purchase and manually adjust the account at our discretion.
Manufacturer-sponsored programs may have separate eligible SKUs, documentation requirements, redemption limits, expiration rules, and exclusions. Those program terms control if they conflict with this page.
We may correct errors, reverse improperly issued rewards, modify or discontinue a program, or refuse participation where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, resale activity, duplicate accounts, or violation of these policies.

Offers and coupons

Coupons, promotional codes, and customer offers are valid only as stated, cannot be redeemed after expiration, and are generally limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated. They cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Exclusions may include gift cards, taxes, shipping/delivery fees, sale merchandise, manufacturer-restricted products, and other items identified in the offer.
