By using this website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site, place an order, or book a service.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, ingredients, sizing, and images accurate. Product packaging, ingredient panels, colors, and manufacturer information can change without notice. Please review the product label and manufacturer information before use.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, inaccurately priced, or affected by a technical or inventory error. If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will issue a refund for the unavailable or canceled item.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, delivery charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated at checkout.

Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, offers cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, rewards, or promotions. Promotions are valid only for the stated dates, eligible products, and locations, while supplies last.

Payment and order acceptance

Online payments are processed through Square or another payment provider shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount, including taxes and any disclosed shipping, delivery, or service fees.

We do not store full payment-card numbers on our website. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Your order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it is ready for pickup, has shipped, or has otherwise been fulfilled. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, resale activity, pricing or inventory errors, or inability to verify order information.

Appointments, services, and events

Unleashed may offer online appointment booking through Square Appointments for dog washes, consultations, private shopping experiences, and additional services that may be added in the future.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual booking details, services are not charged online and are paid for in store at the time of service. At present, the dog wash is the service that carries a charge; service availability and pricing may change.

​

To cancel, reschedule, ask about late arrival, or address another booking issue, use the contact information provided in your booking confirmation. We may modify, reschedule, decline, or cancel a booking when reasonably necessary for operational, safety, weather, staffing, pet-welfare, or other business reasons.

Individual booking confirmations, service descriptions, event registrations, and tickets may include additional requirements, waivers, attendance rules, cancellation terms, refund terms, or other event-specific details. Those specific terms apply to the applicable booking, service, or event.

Reservations, rentals, events, and use of Unleashed’s physical space may be subject to separate Space Usage Terms & Conditions, waivers, booking rules, and event-specific requirements. Where applicable, those separate terms will control.

Pet product and health notice

​

We sell products intended for companion animals. Information on this website is provided for general educational and shopping purposes only and is not veterinary, medical, nutritional, behavioral, legal, or safety advice.

Always supervise pets when using toys, chews, treats, collars, harnesses, leashes, enrichment items, and other pet products. Choose products appropriate for your pet’s species, size, age, chewing habits, health status, and activity level. Inspect products regularly and remove or replace them if damaged, worn, or unsafe.
